Supervisors

Officer 1st Class Social
may be appointed to the rank of 1st class social worker, after registering on a promotion list after recommendation of the Joint Administrative Committee:

The number of appointments made under Item 1 can not be less than one third of the total number of appointments made under this section. If, by application of the provision in the preceding paragraph, no appointment could be imposed during a period of at least three years, an employee enrolled in the Promotion may be appointed under 2 °.
Nurse territorial class Superior
To assess the required period for access to grade advancement of nurse territorial upper class, the actual services performed in their original staff covered by the provisions of Decree No. 2005-1785 of 30 December 2005 are treated as services performed in the grade and within the framework of territorial nursing jobs.
